Access to Your Property
Many of our customers are not home when we visit. That is absolutely fine. We are used to working safely and respectfully around people’s properties.
All we ask is that:
- Gates are unlocked
- Pets are secured
If we arrive and cannot access the areas agreed, we may still need to charge for the visit. That simply reflects the time set aside in our schedule.
Add-On Services for Regular Customers
We focus on ongoing exterior cleaning in Surrey rather than one-off visits. Because of that, additional services such as fascia and soffit cleaning are available to customers we clean for regularly.
If specialist equipment is required, it will always be clearly listed in your quote. No surprises.
Cancellations and Commitment

We work in most conditions. Light rain does not stop exterior cleaning. However, if weather makes it unsafe, such as high winds or lightning, we will reschedule.
Health and safety always come first. Every property is risk assessed. Roof access is only carried out if it is deemed safe after inspection. We will not take shortcuts.
