Our promise to every customer

We believe good service should be simple. That means turning up when we say we will, doing a proper job, and being clear about what you can expect. Our Service Guarantee sets out exactly how we work, what we promise, and what we ask in return — no fluff, no hidden extras, just fair and honest cleaning.

Our Guarantee

If we don’t turn up when we say we will, or fall short of our standards, your next clean is free.

Scheduling

We clean on a rolling basis — monthly, 6-weekly or 8-weekly — depending on what you choose. We’ll keep you updated and give notice of any changes.

Access

We can be trusted in and around your property, even if you’re not home. All we ask is that we can get to the areas that need cleaning. That means:

  • Gates are unlocked

  • Pets are secured

If we arrive and can’t access the property, we may still need to charge for the visit.

Add-On Services

We can only offer a personal service to customers we know and clean for regularly — so these extras are available to regular customers only. If any specialist kit is needed, it’ll be listed as a separate cost in your quote.

Payment

We send an invoice after each clean. In return for prompt payment, we’ll stick to our word — turning up when we say we will. And if we don’t, your next clean is free.

Cancellations

Our service is based on a regular schedule and a rolling agreement. When you sign up, you’re committing to ongoing cleaning — not one-off visits.

This helps us plan properly and keeps the service running smoothly for everyone.

Weather

We clean in most conditions, but will reschedule if it’s unsafe for us to do our work. E.g. Lighting/High Winds

Health & Safety

We carry out full risk assessments and won’t do anything unsafe. Roof access is only done if deemed safe after inspection.
